Setting

On A–Day, Captain America, Thor, Iron Man, Bruce Banner, and Black Widow unveil a new San Francisco headquarters.

During the unveiling, Taskmaster attacks San Francisco, destroying many landmarks and leaving entire neighborhoods in ruin. Captain America dies during this attack. Most inhabitants of san Francisco blame the Avengers for Taskmaster’s attack, forcing all Avengers to disband.

Half a decade after the events of A–Day, A.I.M., a tech company now controls San Francisco and outlaws superheroes.

Kamala Khan discovers her superpowers and unravels an A.I.M conspiracy. She leads an effort to re-assemble the Avengers and save the city from impending doom.

Marvels Avengers is highly likely to run with a third-person narrative with expectations of multi-players met in a grand style. Four players can team up and form an alliance with heroes they choose.

Also, a single-player game is available for offline users. There’s no virtual reality or open-world feature included in this late 2020-scheduled game.

The game follows a first-person shooter narrative and players will have several weapons to defeat enemies.

#3 Observer: System Redux (2020)

Setting

Set in 2084, the events of Observer: System Redux takes place in Krakow, Poland. The game’s kicks off after a nanophage has caused massive devastation, leaving most parts of the world war-torn.

Plot

Daniel Lazarski is the game’s main character and a Krakowian police detective. Daniel is a member of the Observers, an elite police unit launched after the devastating nanophage. The Observers work for Chiron, a corporation that now runs post-war Krakow.

The story begins with Daniel receiving a call from his son, Adam. Office Daniel traces Adam’s caller ID to a building where he finds a beheaded body. With his scanning functions, Daniel traces a call from an implant which leads him to another investigation.

During the search of his son’s house, he discovers initials HN from the call log, which is later revealed to be the initials for Helena Nowak. Daniel uses his hacking function to discover Helena, who used to work for Adam had been murdered.

Following events reveal the beheaded body Daniel found earlier belongs to his son. He also comes to know Adam has transcended to a digital realm to keep the secrets he stole from Chiron.

Gameplay

Observer: System Redux follows the first-person pattern adopted by its 2017 predecessor.

Platforms

Observer: System Redux is regarded as a platform upgrade to the 2017 game Observer. The new version is exclusively designed for next-gen PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

Release Date

Observer: System Redux is scheduled for a late 2020 release. We should expect it to hit stores around the holiday season.

#4 Low-fi (2020)

Setting

Set in City Block 303, is a cyberpunk ghetto housing several inhabitants regarded as insignificant to society. These societal rejects are described by the term “Low-fi”.

You have to race against time to make the most from your available 303 resources and scale several hurdles to progress.

Virtual reality (VR) continues to make a slow, but sure debut into major game franchises. Low-fi has been confirmed to function exclusively on VR platforms.

The game offers a wealth of options for players to make the most from their time in the virtual world. How the game progresses rests entirely on you.

Setting

This game is set in a world where World War II never ends. Several parts of the world have been enmeshed in continuous warfare. Some areas of the world have become a nuclear wasteland.

Plot

A twelve-year-old roams a war-torn section of Poland and finds a Nazi bunker. When this teenager makes his way into the shelter, he gets engaged in the five stages of grief.

There’re numerous changes in the environment, character dialogue, and more. Players have to make significant decisions that influence their character’s progress throughout the game.

Gameplay

The game follows a mixed gameplay pattern driven by player decisions. This game is slated to be one of the most engaging titles just yet, making it a highly-anticipated 2020 release.

Release Date

Paradise Lost is scheduled for a late 2020 release. There’s no particular date confirmed for this game’s launch, but we’ll likely get to play it around the holidays.

This game is scheduled for a release on the PlayStation 5 platform. There’s no word on Paradise Lost being available on other consoles yet. The game is currently in an advanced stage and developers made use of the Unreal Engine 4 in putting this game together.
