The gaming community loved the first part of The Last of Us. However, no one was really expecting a sequel for this amazing game. Naughty Dogs completely surprised everyone when they first revealed the new game.

PLOT

The plot of this new game is going to be even better than the previous game. The story of this new game is set 5 years after the previous game. Ellie is now 19 years old, and our girl is the main protagonist now.

In this new game, Ellie has embarked on a journey for vengeance against the mysterious group known as Seraphites. As the story progresses, we see how our poor girl is slowly losing her sanity because of everything that is happening.

The characters in this game are an amazing blend of new and old faces. We see wiser versions of all of our favorite characters from the previous game, and the new characters are also extremely loveable. The character designs in this game are also pretty good. They are all memorable and unique. The game has done a pretty nice job of giving life to each and every character as they all have quite realistic personalities.

Gameplay

Gameplay-wise, The Last of Us part 2 has progressed by leaps and bounds, but it still maintains all of the aspects of the original game. There are tons of new features added to the game which give the player a sense of freedom. The game still heavily focuses on stealth and quick thinking. You will also have to make different choices for Ellie as she tries to take a bold step in this dangerous world. The environment is way more interactive in this new title as compared to the previous game. This survival game will heavily revolve around crafting, fighting and being stealthy.

Graphics

A major improvement of the game is graphics . This game drives the PlayStation 4 to its limits as it gives us some of the most stunning graphics in the whole world of gaming. The characters look extremely beautiful as compared to the previous game, and the environment itself looks even more realistic than real life. The developers at Naughty Dogs have paid immense attention to detail as everything about this game has just been handled perfectly. Overall, I think that the graphics of this game will leave you completely speechless. You can go and watch the early gameplay video released by Naughty Dogs to truly understand what the final game might look like.

Final Thoughts

The Last of Us part 2 will definitely be the best PlayStation 4 exclusive that we’ll see in 2020. We all believe that this game is going to do everything perfectly. There are even some early reviews of this game available on the internet right now which are all extremely positive.

The Last of Us part 2 is going to be one of those games which completely overwhelm the player. This game will probably have all of us questioning if we are even on the good side. I won’t get into much detail regarding that as we want to avoid as many spoilers as possible.
